1. Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all products supplied by Corelab Supplies Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Products are NOT intended for:

Products have not been evaluated, approved, licensed, or registered by the MHRA, FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory authority.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing for lawful laboratory research purposes only
  • You will not use the products for human or animal application
  • You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • You will not resell, relabel, redistribute, or misrepresent the products

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect misuse or non-compliant intent.


3. Customer Responsibility

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for:

  • Risk assessment and hazard management
  • Lawful disposal

Products must only be handled by appropriately trained professionals in controlled laboratory environments.

Corelab Supplies Ltd accepts no responsibility for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of products.


4. Product Information & No Medical Advice

All information provided on this website is for scientific and educational reference only.

Nothing on this website constitutes:

5. Orders & Acceptance

6. Pricing & Payment

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.


7. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon transfer of goods to the carrier.


8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials and product stability considerations:

  • Returns are not accepted once products have left our control

Refunds or replacements will only be considered where:

  • An incorrect item was supplied, or
  • The product was damaged during transit

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Nothing in this section affects statutory rights under applicable UK law.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Corelab Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any:

arising from the use, misuse, inability to use, or results obtained from any product supplied.

All products are supplied “as is” without warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Corelab Supplies Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
